Will this Kit 5864CBK-S fit 14inch stock wheels on 58 Impala? Will the 7 inch Booster fit with Power Steering Pump behind the Generator?

It depends on the exact 14" wheel. For factory 14" steel/stock Impala wheels, I would not guarantee clearance with the regular 11" kit. If your goal is to retain the original 14" wheels, I'd use the 5864CBK-W or the specific CPP kit advertised for OEM...
