CPP Warranty Policy

Classic Performance Products Inc. (CPP) limited warranties are offered on
most CPP manufactured products and are extended to the original
consumer only. We require proof of purchase for all warranty return
and replacements for CPP products not purchased directly from us. CPP
warrants its parts to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for the period specified in
the section below titled “Warranty Products”.
All products being returned for warranty must be approved by our CPP
Customer Service and Sales Team and must meet the requirements
outlined on this page. We do not accept warranty returns on products
that have been altered and modified.
Warranty replacement for products purchased at swap meets and trade shows will
not be accepted.
The defective product(s) must be returned to Classic Performance Products Inc. within the warranty period. Parts must be returned with all accessories and documentation associated with the product(s) being returned.
Products must be shipped back in a well packaged box to prevent any damage during transit. Any additional costs required to repair damage sustained during transit to our facility will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Classic Performance Products, Inc. COD returns will not be accepted.
All products being warrantied will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. We will first try to repair the warranty product before replacing it. Replacements will only happen after we determine the product cannot be repaired. Replacements will be at CPPs discretion.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your warranty repair or replacement to be completed. We will send you tracking information once your repaired or replacement product(s) has shipped.
Classic Performance Products Inc.’s limited warranty covers CPP manufactured products with the following conditions:
- Defects in material or workmanship
- Parts malfunction under normal use and service
Classic Performance Products Inc.’s limited warranty is not extended for products purchased through a third party with no proof of purchase or for non CPP manufactured products. Additionally, CPP’s limited warranty will not be extended for products with the following conditions:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents or alterations.
- Products that are disassembled, altered, modified, and disfigured.
- Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage.
CPP’s limited warranty is not available for electrical products, special
order merchandise, and any discontinued products or products that are
no longer available for sale
You can start your warranty return by filling out our digital return form on the My Account page, by using our Guest Returns page, or by contacting our Sales and Tech Department by calling us at 1-800-522-5004. All warranty returns will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be received. Any returns received at our facility that do not have a RMA number will be returned to the sender. RMA numbers will be provided to you once your warranty return request is approved.
Please note we will require the following items during the initial phase of the Warranty Return process:
- Proof of Purchase for products purchased through one of our authorized resellers.
- Detailed description and explanation for the issue or reason for why the product is being returned for warranty.
- Images and videos that demonstrate the issue or show the defect.
CPP’s limited warranty is valid for CPP Brand and CPP Manufactured products only. Warranty period starts from the time product is received by the consumer and not from the time of installation. CPP’s limited warranty for the following products only covers defect in material or workmanship and products that malfunction under normal use and service.

Warranty returns and replacements do not cover reimbursement of labor costs or incidental damages (if any). Warranty returns and replacements do not cover reimbursement for cost of labor or any additional products required to complete the installation of the replacement product, towing/transportation costs, and removal of the defective product. Limited warranties do not cover products that have been discontinued and are no longer available for sale.
