Do I need to buy a special pitman arm to use this 500 Series Power Steering Gear Box (Part CP50004)?
The CP50004 steering box is made to be used with stock GM power steering splined pitman arm. If you are converting from manual to power, a new pitman arm is required. If you are upgrading your old power steering box, the original pitman arm will work but should be replaced if worn out.
