How can I tell if an item is in stock?
You can check the availability of an item on the product page above the item price. If an item is in stock, in green text it will say “In Stock”. If the item is unavailable it will say “backordered” in red text. You always have the option to purchase a backordered item that we will ship to you once it becomes available. For any backordered items purchased, our team will notify when the item is now back in stock and ready to ship.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In stock items usually ship within 2-4 business days from the day your order is received, excluding days we are closed and Sundays. Items drop shipping from the manufacture directly to you could result in additional shipping delays. You can check the status of your order by signing into your account or by giving us a call at (800) 522-5004 and selecting option 3 for Order Status.
How do I know how long it will take for my backordered item to ship?
The estimated ship time for backordered items can vary. We will continue to provide you with updates regarding the status of your backordered item(s) via email. You can also check status by logging into your account and viewing your orders or by giving us a call at (800) 522-5004 and selecting option 3 for Order Status.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your Account page on our website. We will also provide you with order updates via email to the email address listed on your account.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do ship orders internationally (anywhere outside of the United States). Some international orders may incur customs and duty charges. CPP is not liable for any additional charges for customs, duty, custom procure fees and other charges related to the importation of merchandise. Do I still need to pay duties and tax for international orders?
Yes some international orders may incur additional charges related to the importation of merchandise. All charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. How long do I have to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before your order ships. To cancel your order, please give us a call at (800) 522-5004 and select option 3 for Order Status. Please note, some special order items and drop ship items might not be able to be canceled after your order is placed.
what type brake fluid do I use in my 53-56 front brake kit ? entire system is dry . new lines and brakes and master.
For a new system with no fluid, we recommend using DOT 3, 4 or 5.

Why am I being charged Sales Tax?

Are any items final sale?
Final sale items cannot be canceled or returned after being purchased. All items purchased from us at a trade show are considered final sale items. Some custom items and special order items are also final sale items. A final sale item will have a disclaimer listed on the product page stating that the item is a final sale item.
