What forms of payments are accepted.
We accept both paypal and credit card for payment. Please note, your billing address much match the address on your credit card.
How can I tell if an item is in stock?
You can check the availability of an item on the product page above the item price. If an item is in stock, in green text it will say “In Stock”. If the item is unavailable it will say “backordered” in red text. You always have the option to purchase a backordered item that we will ship to you once it becomes available. For any backordered items purchased, our team will notify when the item is now back in stock and ready to ship.
Why can't I find the part I am looking for?
Can't find what you are looking for? Some times it is just the terminology you are using. But don't worry! We are hear to assist you. You can use our Part Finder feature to search by application or you can give us a call and we can help you locate it with the part number. Also, if you don't want to deal with technology, give us a call at (714) 522-2000 and place an order with us over the phone.
What shop promotions and discounts do you offer?
We offer a variety of promotional discounts including military discounts, advertisement discounts and sales promotions. How do I find my instruction sheet online?
There are a couple ways you can find the instruction sheet for your products. In most cases, instruction sheets can be located in the Tech Resources section on the product page. Not finding it there, you can also search for it by visiting our Tech Resource page and selecting the option for "Installation Instructions". Still not seeing it, give us a call at (714) 522-2000 or email us at info@classicperform.com and we will email it to you.
