We purchased a Mustang two front suspension for a 1952 Chevy part number CP 2356–232 we already welded it in place everything fit nice so now we went to install the rack and pinion and it’s too wide we received part number M21400 – PK the question is do these come with rack extenders already installed from factory where I could possibly remove it to make the rack and pinion fit? Or do we just have the wrong rack and pinion please help thank you.
Our rack and pinions do not come with extenders installed. You will need to install the extender prior to installing the rack to the crossmember.
