Includes complete new center link, pitman arm, idler arm, inner and outer tie rod ends with aluminum tie rod adjustment sleeves. Does this kit include everything I need for a 1958, 1959, 1960 Impala steering linkage?

This kit includes the centerlink, pitman arm, idler arm, inner and outer tie rods, and tie rod sleeves. For a 1958-1960 fullsize Chevrolet you will also need #5860ICB to convert to the improved 1961-1964 steering linkage.
