Classic Performance Products (CPP) offers Tubular Control Arms engineered for maximum wheel travel and minimal friction. The upper control arms use 1-1/4” x .120” wall tubing, while the lower A arms utilize 1-1/2” x .120” wall D.O.M. tubing. Featuring 1-1/2” .188” wall pivot barrels, these arms resist distortion from welding and rigorous usage. Designed for 5 degrees of caster, the upper arms, and the lower arms, which enhance ground clearance and support sway bars, can be installed independently or as a complete set with factory or aftermarket options. The self-lubricating, non-squeak plastic bushings outlast rubber or urethane, performing even at temperatures over 400°F. For durability, the zinc-plated Chrome-moly cross shafts and sleeves feature an interlocking design to prevent loosening. ... Unlike original designs, our pivots handle both forward and backward loads. These control arms install easily without modification and are compatible with all factory and replacement power steering systems, with or without O.E. bump stops.
