INSTALLATION SUMMARY

- Remove stock brake components from the spindle.
- Prep spindle by cleaning and deburring as needed.
- Install supplied calliper mounting brackets and hardware with red Loctite® 271, torqued to specification.
- Assemble and pack hub bearings with high-temp grease; install seals and preload bearings to 0.001”–0.007” end play.
- Secure rotor and hub assembly; mount calliper brackets and centre callipers using provided shims.
- Install callipers (ensure the largest pistons are at the rotor exit).
- Replace factory hoses with stainless steel braided hoses and adapters for 1/8-27 NPT fitting.
- Properly bleed the system and follow the break-in (‘bedding’) procedure for pads and rotors.
