HOW INSTALLATION WORKS

Installation should be handled by someone experienced with disc brake systems. The process starts with the removal of your existing brakes and spindles. Calliper brackets are mounted with provided shims for alignment, and rotors attach to the included hats and hubs with hardware that must be torqued and secured using red Loctite® 271. Bearings are packed with high-temperature grease, and seals are installed before the assembly is mounted on the spindle. The calliper position is fine-tuned using supplied shims for ideal rotor alignment. The Wilwood callipers require steel-braided brake hoses (not included), as OEM rubber hoses do not fit. Once assembled, the system must be bled and the brake pads and rotors bedded following the included procedures. Always ensure wheel and calliper clearance and confirm that all fasteners and fittings are secure before use.
