INSTALLATION DETAILS

Installation should be done by someone with disc brake experience. The calliper mounting brackets slide over the axle and are bolted to the axle flange using your original hardware with red Loctite 271. The two-piece rotors mount on the hats and are safety wired. The callipers are shimmed to ensure the rotor is centred. Pads are set in place and secured with cotter pins. Brake line adapters or new lines may be needed. Proper bleeding, checking for wheel clearance, and torqueing all fasteners to spec are critical. Post-install, carefully inspect for leaks or interference before test-driving.

FACTORY FIT NOTES

- Designed for use with the O-ring green (RP400) non-adjustable bearing only
