INSTALLATION DETAILS
Install the calliper brackets with the provided hardware; the bracket mounting position may depend on your steering arm setup. Wheel clearance must be checked using Wilwood templates, with at least .080" clearance required between wheels and callipers. Some spindle models require minor modifications, such as drilling or tapping new holes—a professional machinist should do these. Pack wheel bearings with high-temperature grease and use a red threadlocker on all critical fasteners, tightening all bolts to specified torque values. Hub and rotor assembly is straightforward, with shims used for proper calliper and rotor centring. The kit requires Wilwood stainless braided flexlines, as OEM hoses will not fit. Bleed the system after installation and follow Wilwood’s bedding procedure for optimal braking performance.

FACTORY FIT NOTES
This kit is made specifically for 1967–1969 Camaro front disc or drum spindles; for other GM applications, spindle modifications may be necessary. Confirm that your wheels fully seat against the hub face; use a Wilwood spacer if necessary. The rotor bolt circle fits standard 5-lug GM patterns; however, always check against your specific wheels. Stainless braided brake lines are required; OEM hoses are not compatible. Wheel offset and track width may change slightly, so confirm there’s clearance to fenders and suspension before use.
