INSTALLATION BASICS

You'll remove the stock rear brake components and clean the mounting surfaces. Fit the supplied bracket, adaptors, and rotor hat before securing the calliper using the provided spacers and shims for proper alignment. Use steel-braided brake lines (not included), as the original rubber hoses will not fit. The internal parking brake requires a separate cable kit. Inspect fit and clearances, then bleed the brakes and adjust the parking brake shoes for correct operation. Follow all torque specs, safety checks, and bed pads and rotors before road use.

FACTORY FIT NOTES

This kit is designed for rear Chevy 12 bolt axles with 3.15-inch bearings. Verify your axle housing flange pattern, offset, and wheel stud size—only 0.50-inch studs fit unmodified. The kit comes with adapters for different axle flange centre register sizes. Brake cables, hydraulic lines, and some hardware are not included and must be sourced separately. Always confirm wheel and calliper clearance before final assembly. Steel braided hoses are recommended; OEM rubber lines are not compatible as supplied.
