The CPP Show Stopper HydraStop Kit is designed for 1948-52 Ford Truck applications using a firewall mounted swing pedal configuration. Early Ford F Series trucks benefit significantly from hydraulic brake assist when upgraded with disc brakes, modern power steering, or performance engines. Unlike vacuum boosters, this system operates from steering system pressure and delivers up to 1800 psi at the wheels for reliable stopping power in heavy vintage trucks. The Show Stopper setup features a billet aluminum firewall bracket, stainless high pressure hoses with return lines, AN6 fittings installed, premium master cylinder, and chrome accumulator cover for a detailed engine bay appearance. This complete hydraulic assist solution provides improved pedal feel and braking confidence for classic Ford builds. HydraStop units are manufactured as new production systems and carry a limited lifetime warranty when installed with a power steering filter.
