INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

Begin by removing the original mating plug on the dash/main harness and connecting the provided 6-position connector that includes two pink wires. A 4-inch pink pigtail wire is included for optional 12V ignition power and can be connected using terminals from the dash harness’s loose parts kit. Next, plug the Rear Power Window Harness A into the original dash-mounted rear window switch, located near the heater or A/C controls. Connect the included black wire with a ring terminal to a clean ground location.

To complete the connection to the tailgate, replace the original molded rubber connector on the factory tailgate harness with the new male terminals provided. Use the included connectors and terminals to link breakaway connections along the frame rail, routing the wiring from the dash through the firewall gap to the rear of the Bronco. Follow the included wiring guide to match color codes correctly: pink for power, tan for window down, and light blue for window up. All connections must be confirmed for position and function before applying power.
