The CPP Street Beast HydraStop Kit is developed for 1955-59 Chevy Truck applications using a firewall mounted swing pedal configuration. This system replaces the original manual or vacuum assist unit with a compact hydraulic brake assist solution that improves stopping power and pedal consistency. Task Force era trucks are commonly upgraded with disc brakes, modern power steering, and engine swaps. Hydraulic assist provides reliable braking force without relying on engine vacuum, making it especially effective in modified applications. This complete kit features a black direct mount aluminum bracket, rubber high pressure hoses with return lines, AN6 fittings installed, 1 1/8 inch bore master cylinder, and black accumulator cover. Designed for firewall installation with swing pedal setups. All HydraStop units are manufactured as brand new assemblies and include a limited lifetime warranty when used with a power steering filter.
