CPP HydraStop systems are brand new hydraulic assist brake boosters designed to replace manual or vacuum assisted brake boosters in classic cars and trucks. All HydraStop systems are new units and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty when installed with a power steering filter. CPP PSFF-K and PO-OF6 filters are recommended, but other suitable power steering filters may be used.

HydraStop systems operate using hydraulic pressure from the vehicle’s power steering pump rather than engine vacuum and are capable of delivering up to 1800 psi at the wheels.

The CPP Show Stopper HydraStop kit, part number 6062HBK-SS, is designed for 1960-62 Chevy trucks equipped with an automatic transmission and mounts directly to the firewall, providing a complete hydraulic assist brake system upgrade.

Show Stopper HydraStop kits use a billet aluminum direct mount bracket and include stainless steel high pressure hydraulic hoses with rubber return lines, a 1 1/8 inch bore chrome master cylinder, a chrome adjustable brake valve, and a chrome accumulator cover. This HydraStop system is supplied with AN6 fittings installed.
