Upgrade the driving experience of your classic Dodge with CPP’s 400 Series™ Power Steering Conversion Kit, built specifically for 1961–69 ½-ton D100 trucks equipped with 383 or 440 big block engines. This kit replaces the factory manual steering system with a brand-new 400 Series™ power steering box, delivering improved steering feel and control. With 3.5 turns lock-to-lock, the system offers quicker response and smoother operation, making your truck far more enjoyable to drive.
The conversion is fully bolt-in—no cutting, welding, or modifications required. The 400 Series™ box mounts in the original location, making it easy to install using standard tools. The complete kit includes a direct-fit power steering box, column floor mount, pitman arm, power steering pump and mounting bracket, hoses, rag joint for use with the OEM steering column, and all necessary hardware. Power steering pump pulley is sold separately.
