The billet aluminum shock bodies offer dual 19-click adjustments, providing a total of 361 damping options.

For a 1969 Mustang with a 351W Iron block with aluminum heads we would recommend 450 pound spring rate coil overs (Part # 6470COK-2A450) for a softer ride and and 550 pound spring rate coil overs (Part # 6470COK-2A550) for a firmer ride.
