Totally Tubular Upper and Lower Mini Subframe Control Arms for 1967-1970 Ford Mustang (Part #6770TCA-ULK-B)
CPP’s Totally Tubular Upper and Lower Mini Subframe Control Arms transform the handling and stability of 1967-1970 Ford Mustangs and Cougars. This kit includes a 1/4” steel crossmember that replaces the factory strut rod mounts, eliminating binding and enhancing alignment capabilities. Adjustable forward control arm mounts and over 2 inches of added ground clearance improve performance dramatically.
The upper control arms are narrowed by 3/16” per side, allowing additional caster for vehicles with power steering. Compatible with factory and aftermarket sway bars, this system also works seamlessly with stock coil springs, Shockwave™, and coil-over setups. Bolt-in installation requires removing original strut rod welds and drilling new mounting holes. Finished in gloss black, the arms feature D Spec bushings, ball joints, and adjuster cams, providing a durable and precise solution for upgrading your classic Mustang or Cougar.
When it comes to upgrading the suspension on a classic car or truck, quality matters. From improved handling to long-term durability, the parts you install play a major role in how your vehicle performs on the road. That’s why Classic Performance Products (CPP) focuses on designing and manufacturing many of its suspension components right here in the USA, using modern engineering tools and robotic welding technology.
