The 13 in. Front Big Brake Kit, part number 7387SWBK-X10-6, fits 1973-87 C10 applications with a 6 x 5.5 bolt pattern. This system features X10 modular drop spindles that utilizes a stronger bearing hub assembly with a sealed bearing pack that virtually eliminates axle pin flex found with traditional spindles. Drilled and slotted rotors are paired with twin piston black calipers using 52mm pistons for increased stopping power in a rear mount configuration. Stainless steel brake hoses and mounting hardware are included. Requires 17 in. wheels or larger.

Hello Joe and thank you for reaching out. The rotors and hubs are proprietary to CPP, but in an emergency you can use later model Silverado hubs but you will need to buy the lug nuts as well as the wheels studs will then be metric. You will be able to...
