The CPP CS Series front disc brake kit, part number 8287SWBK-SC7B, is designed for classic GM cars and built around a direct fit Corvette style spindle that retains proper suspension and steering geometry. This stock height CS spindle utilizes a Corvette style sealed hub assembly based on a C7 bearing design featuring a double row ball bearing arrangement with a larger outer bearing row to increase load capacity, improve bearing life, and enhance camber stiffness. By eliminating flex at the factory spindle pin, this design helps reduce caliper piston pushback commonly associated with larger and multi piston brake systems.

This kit includes 13 inch drilled and slotted rotors paired with C5 twin piston calipers finished in black, along with stainless steel brake hoses for consistent braking performance and pedal feel. The C7 hub is supplied with a 5 x 4.75 bolt pattern and 12 mm x 1.5 wheel studs.

A minimum 17 inch wheel is required, with the brake package ideally suited for 18 to 20 inch wheel combinations. This brake kit is compatible with 1982-87 G Body applications.
